A passionate leader, Rafal is dedicated to delivering top-tier cooling solutions with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Rafal enjoys triathlons, skiing, and traveling, embracing adventure and challenge both personally and professionally.
Project Manager
Maciej Dudzik – Project Manager. With over 8 years of experience in the AC industry, Maciej is a skilled engineer and a dedicated professional known for an individual approach to each AC installation.
As a thoughtful leader and a good listener, Maciej ensures seamless project execution by understanding client needs, prioritising precision, and delivering exceptional results.
Beyond his career, Maciej is a happy husband and proud father of two teenagers, balancing his professional achievements with family life and cherished moments at home.
Administrative Officer
Eliza Cygan – Administrative Officer. An organised and proactive professional with a passion for streamlining office operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
